Since 2022, I have been working as BIM Lead at CSMM, where I am responsible for the strategic development of our digital planning methods. My focus lies in defining standards, developing efficient workflows and introducing new technologies to make our projects more precise, sustainable and future-ready.
With a strong emphasis on quality, structure and innovation, I support our project teams in applying BIM consistently, meaningfully and in a value-driven way. I work to anchor digital processes throughout the organization, promote knowledge exchange and foster a collaborative working environment that enables continuous development.
For me, BIM is not a tool but a strategic instrument that fundamentally transforms the way we design and build.
With this mindset, I actively contribute to shaping the future of the built environment together with my team.

During this period, I developed a strong focus on digital planning processes and the structured use of BIM data. In addition to the traditional tasks of design and execution planning, my main contribution was centered on model structuring, data preparation and workflow optimization. I was responsible for building and maintaining complex Archicad databases, structuring information parametrically for model-based evaluations and linking model data with Excel processes to automate and streamline planning workflows. At the same time, I continuously worked on improving digital processes within the team and ensuring consistent project information across multiple project phases.
This BIM-oriented approach resulted in faster evaluations, clearer communication structures and a significantly higher quality of decision-making for the entire project team.

In my position, my main focus was on creating interior design plans, renderings, and conducting planning presentations. Additionally, I supported the on-site team in customer interactions and exhibitions, as well as in assisting new and transferred clients.
During my time at Wipper, I quickly adapted to various responsibilities, and my approach was consistently marked by a high degree of independence and dedication. I had the opportunity to gain valuable experience in office interior design and continuously enhance my expertise. Through creative solutions, I successfully translated individual customer preferences into reality.
I take pride in the positive contribution my work made to the company's perception, and I earned the trust of both supervisors and clients. My tenure at Wipper marked my first experience as a employed interior designer, and I felt very comfortable in this atmosphere. I am grateful for the wonderful time I spent there.

During my time as Founder and Managing Director, I was responsible for the complete management of architectural projects — from initial client contact, briefing, pricing and proposal development to contract management, design, construction and interior architecture.
In addition to leading projects, I developed marketing strategies, created publication materials and oversaw the financial and organizational structure of the office. Together with my business partner, we worked with a diverse range of clients and delivered projects of varying scales.
Our approach combined a personal, approachable atmosphere with a high level of professionalism. Punctuality, careful contract review, transparent cost structures and clear communication were fundamental principles of our work. This framework ensured efficient decision-making processes and conveyed reliability and confidence to our clients.
