When I experienced the innovative character of CSMM, I realized that I was in the right place with my growing passion for BIM. After targeted training in this field, I actively positioned myself in the market and eventually landed at CSMM. The company not only provides me with the opportunity to contribute my expertise but also to support my colleagues and share my knowledge with them.
My first project at CSMM was the revitalization of Leopoldstraße, where I extensively utilized BIM from the outset. My goal was to implement as many aspects of the project as possible using the advantages of BIM to create real added value.
Given CSMM's strong focus on innovation, my current focus is on supporting the existing BIM team and driving the company forward with technological, innovative, and sustainable approaches. I aspire to explore and introduce new technologies and methods to enhance the efficiency, precision, and sustainability of our projects. Creating an agile working environment that promotes collaboration and knowledge exchange within the team is important to me.
I am firmly convinced that through these advanced approaches, we can effectively support our clients and have a positive impact on the industry. Working together with my dedicated team at CSMM, I will do my best to shape the future of the construction industry through innovative BIM solutions. Continuously expanding my knowledge is of great importance to me, as a passionate commitment to BIM requires ongoing development.

During my tenure at the office, I was able to quickly adapt to my responsibilities after a brief orientation period. I excelled in my assigned projects through responsible and independent action.
I had the opportunity to contribute to various exciting projects, such as the residential construction of Alte Akademie Munich in work phase 5, the residential building LUDL Karlsfeld with the discounter LIDL in work phases 2 to 4, and the residential development on Banater Straße Geretsried in work phase 5.
Thanks to my solid knowledge in Building Information Modelling (BIM), I was able to develop complex ArchiCAD databases that were integrated into Excel to streamline planning processes.
My expertise and positive, courteous demeanor were highly appreciated by my colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders. This experience has contributed to my professional and personal growth, providing valuable insights into the architecture and urban planning industry.

In my position, my main focus was on creating interior design plans, renderings, and conducting planning presentations. Additionally, I supported the on-site team in customer interactions and exhibitions, as well as in assisting new and transferred clients.
During my time at Wipper, I quickly adapted to various responsibilities, and my approach was consistently marked by a high degree of independence and dedication. I had the opportunity to gain valuable experience in office interior design and continuously enhance my expertise. Through creative solutions, I successfully translated individual customer preferences into reality.
I take pride in the positive contribution my work made to the company's perception, and I earned the trust of both supervisors and clients. My tenure at Wipper marked my first experience as a employed interior designer, and I felt very comfortable in this atmosphere. I am grateful for the wonderful time I spent there.

As the managing director, I held responsibility for the entire project workflow, starting from the initial customer contact, briefing, and pricing, all the way through to proposal creation, contract negotiation, project planning, construction, and interior design.
Furthermore, I developed marketing strategies, created materials for publications, and took care of financial and planning structuring. Alongside my business partner, we cultivated a profile that appealed to various age groups and attracted different types of projects. Our approach was characterized by a pleasant and informal atmosphere that conveyed closeness and comfort to our clients. Simultaneously, we placed great emphasis on certain aspects to highlight our professionalism, such as punctuality in all appointments—whether meetings, project completions, or the conclusion of work at architectural exhibitions.
Even in formal matters, like meticulous review and clarification of contracts, presentation of protocols at meetings, and accurate billing, we were extremely conscientious. Our transparency and agility were crucial to our working method, allowing us to focus more on solutions, providing our clients with a high level of assurance. We prioritized clear communication and established an efficient workflow to better cater to our clients' needs.
This combination of closeness and professionalism built trust, leading our clients to recommend us, and our target audience felt well taken care of with us. We took pride in offering added value through our transparent and agile approach, consistently exceeding our clients' expectations.
